- Infrastructure:

Up to now, TBPM Company has invested in completing the technical infrastructure system for phase 1 of the Project, the system of technical infrastructure works is invested synchronously and modernly and is supervised and accepted for construction by Japanese experts, including: Reinforced cement concrete road system; rainwater drainage system along both sides of the roads by open ditches with large cross-section to ensure the drainage of all rainwater in the industrial park; wastewater collection system, water supply system are also invested with HDPE pipes going underground along both sides of the roads; power supply and communication systems are built underground all along the roads; Lighting systems; green trees;

– Technical service works such as: water supply pumping station; electrical operator; concentrated wastewater treatment station with a capacity of phase 1-1 of 9,000m3/day with modern equipment to treat wastewater up to A standards before discharging into the receiving environment,

– Industrial Park executive office with conference rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, banks, etc can meet all the needs of investors in the IP.

3. Advantages of PM3SIP:

• Located in a strategic location, Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park is located in the Southern Corridor Economic Zone of Southeast Asia and the Southern Key Economic Zone of Vietnam. The location of Phu My 3 specialized industrial park also has some other advantages such as: very close to Cai Mep deep sea port, Hydrosung factory, Long Son petrochemical complex which is currently under construction and expected to come into operation in 2022 or 2023. When going into production, it will provide petrochemical products, input materials for other factories such as olephine, polypropylene, polyethylene...
