CLIMATE

Long An is located in the tropical monsoon and subequatorial region with high temperature throughout the year. There are two distinct seasons: dry and rainy seasons. Average annual temperature is 27.5 °C. Average humidity is relatively high: 70-80%. Influenced by two main types of wind: Southwest wind in rainy season and Southeast wind in dry season

Complete infrastructure:
- Ground is leveled according to the designated elevation of the Industrial Park.

Traffic:
-Directly connected to Provincial Road No. 824.
- Traffic system in the Industrial Park is being completed. The internal road is 10-40m long, designed with axle load of 10-30 tons.

ELECTRICITY SUPPLY SYSTEM

Medium voltage system is a part of the national grid from 22 KV medium voltage power connected to 110KV substations in Duc Hoa and Ben Luc, provided to fences of plants and factories

WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

There are 02 (two) sources of water serving production and domestic activities in the Industrial Park: water plant invested by the Industrial Park itself and another plant of Phu My Hung Company, ensuring sufficient quantity and quality of water for investors.

Current water price: 8,000 VND/m³ (excluding VAT)

WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

Local wastewater in each plant or enterprise is treated in accordance with standards before discharging into the sewer system in the Industrial Park and further purified at the wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 10,000 m³/day- night. Wastewater will be treated in accordance with Vietnam Standards before discharging into canals and Vam Co Dong River:
Wastewater treatment price: 0.3USD/m³ (excluding VAT)

POST AND TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM

Establish a modern and post and telecommunications network that meets international standards such as expected MDF, high-speed telephone and internet system installed by the post and telecommunications industry, meeting all requirements of investors.

- Separate systems are completely built for rainwater and wastewater.
- Green trees are planted all over the area which positively contribute to environmental hygiene treatment and pollution prevention (noise, dust and smoke) and creation of a clean and beautiful landscape for the industrial park and comfortable working environment for employees
