The Prime Minister assigns the People's Committee of Quang Tri province to be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information, data reported, contents received, explained and appraised according to the provisions of law; implementing the Project in accordance with the planning approved by the competent authority; comply with the provisions of the law.
Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee is also assigned to organize the implementation of land acquisition, compensation and site clearance; lease land, change the land use purpose, including changing the use purpose according to the provisions of law; ensure that the land area subject to conversion of the use purpose for the implementation of the project is in accordance with the land use norms.
The Prime Minister also assigned the People's Committee of Quang Tri province to direct the Management Board of the economic zone of Quang Tri province to request investors to plant replacement forests or fulfill the responsibility to pay the replacement afforestation fee when changing the forest land use purpose. for other purposes as specified.
The People's Committee of Quang Tri province must at the same time direct the Quang Tri Economic Zone Management Board and relevant agencies to monitor and evaluate the project implementation, including capital contribution and mobilization of capital sources from investors. investment in accordance with the law; coordinate with investors in implementing compensation and ground clearance plans according to regulations.
