Social security issues are guaranteed. The 6-month average growth rate of the two regions is higher than the national average, in which, some localities have the highest growth rates in the country. State budget revenue in 8 months of the two regions reached 406.62 trillion VND, accounting for 38.25% of the national revenue; Export turnover in 8 months reached 108.62 billion USD, accounting for over 50% of the whole country; Total registered FDI in 8 months reached 6.9 billion USD, accounting for 36.1% of the whole country; The number of newly established enterprises in 8 months reached 30,360 enterprises, accounting for 37.2% of the whole country.
