- Road: Close to National Highway 18, connecting trade between Hanoi - Quang Ninh (Vietnam) - Guangxi (China): Close to Van Don - Mong Cai highway (expected to be completed) in 2020)
- Seaport: About 70km from Fangcheng port (Guangxi - China); to build Hai Ha general port with a capacity of 30 - 45 million tons/year, for ships with a tonnage of 80,000 DWT to dock.

- Power source:
The first phase will use power from the province's existing 220KV and 110KV power grids; the next stage is to build Hai Ha Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 2,100 MW to directly supply electricity to the industrial park and provide steam for textile production. Building 05 intermediate 110KV substations to directly supply factories in the industrial zone.

- Water source:
In the first stage, water from Ha Coi river and Tai Chi river will be used by dam method; long-term use of water from Ho Trang Vinh and Ho Tai Chi; to build raw water supply pipelines or channels from the above sources to the IZ. Build 02 water plants to supply water for the entire industrial park, with a total capacity of about 200,000 m3/day.

- Drainage system, wastewater and waste treatment system:
Separate rainwater drainage system with wastewater drainage system, operating with self-flowing mode; Planning for 02 reservoirs to regulate rainwater, Khe La stream in the current state to be adjusted to create drainage corridors. Arrange 06 wastewater treatment stations for concentrated industrial zones with a total long-term capacity of 90,000 m3/day;
