TBIP with an area of 352.5 hectares is located in the North of Binh Duong province, in the key economic region of the South of Vietnam and is a locality where many industrial parks of the country are concentrated.
- Document No: 1158/TTg-KTN of the Prime Minister dated 08/07/2010 on the addition of Tan Binh Industrial Park - Binh Duong Province to the Development Plan of Industrial Parks in Vietnam.
- Decision No: 252/QD-UBND issued by the People's Committee of Binh Duong province on February 2, 2012 approving the detailed planning project of Tan Binh Industrial Park in Tan Binh commune, Bac Tan Uyen district, Binh Duong province. .
- Investment Certificate No. 46221001014 issued for the first time by Binh Duong Industrial Zones Management Board on September 12, 2013.

Climate conditions: The climate in Binh Duong as well as the climate of the Southeast region: hot sun and heavy rain, high humidity. The climate is tropical monsoon, divided into two distinct seasons: dry season and rainy season. The rainy season usually starts from May and lasts until the end of October. In the first months of the rainy season, heavy showers often appear, and then stop completely. The average annual temperature in Binh Duong ranges from 26oC to 27oC. The highest temperature sometimes reaches 39.3oC and the lowest from 16oC-17oC (night).
