The investor of Song Hau industrial park is Docimexco Joint Stock Company.

Song Doc Industrial Park is oriented to attract investment-oriented industries and fields such as: industries from agricultural and aquatic resources; processing vegetables, mushrooms for export; production of consumer goods: textiles, garments, leather shoes, high-grade plastics; mechanical industry, manufacturing machinery and spare parts for agriculture; building materials industry; manufacture and assemble high quality mechanical products.

Location and traffic

Song Hau Industrial Park is located in a convenient location for both waterway and road traffic for the transportation and circulation of goods:

The road borders National Highway 54, about 30km from Can Tho City; 20km from Long Xuyen City and about 30km from Cao Lanh City.

Waterway: bordering Hau River, about 20 km from Can Tho International Port and 16 km from My Thoi International Port.

Infrastructure and other facilities

Internal traffic system: Asphalt concrete road ensures vehicles with load H30. Including 7m, 9m and 17m roads with sidewalks for pedestrians and lighting systems, trees create a cool, clean landscape.

Cargo port system: There is a separate port for transporting and unloading goods by waterway.

Power supply system: Power is supplied from the national grid 22KV running in pairs along Highway 54.

The rainwater drainage system is completely new built with reinforced concrete round culverts with sizes from F600 to F1000, taking the middle of the road as the top of the watershed for the whole area.

Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant in the industrial park has been put into operation since 2012

Communication system: Connected to the telecommunications network of Dong Thap province Post Office by a cable line with a capacity of 1000x2 for the area

Electricity price: peak hour is 0.1USD/kwh; normal hour is 0.05USD/kwh; off-peak hour is 0.03USD/kwh.

Water price: 0.4USD/m3 

Labor cost: with reference price is 200-500 USD/person/month. Depends on job location

Management fee: 0.3USD/m2/year

Waste water treatment fee: $0.28/m3
