- Adjustment project of detailed planning of Song Doc Industrial Park - North approved in Decision No. 2079/QD-UBND dated December 6, 2016, belongs to Song Doc Town and Khanh Hai Commune, Tran Van Thoi District , Ca Mau Province; scale 45.45 ha.

- The construction subdivision planning of Song Doc - Southern Industrial Park approved in Decision No. 2106/QD-UBND dated December 31, 2015 in Phong Dien commune, Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province; 100 ha scale.

- Song Doc Industrial Park - North of Khanh Hai commune and Song Doc town, Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province, scale: 45.45 ha.

- Song Doc Industrial Park - South of Phong Dien commune, Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province, scale: 100 ha.

About 50 km from Ca Mau city center and 52 km from Ca Mau airport along the Ca Mau road to Song Doc town, waterway traffic is mainly along the Ong Doc river connecting with the southern waterway. The coast has a length of 36 km, located adjacent to the Song Doc estuary (Tran Van Thoi district, Ca Mau province) about 1.5 km, adjacent to the Gulf of Thailand, 3,000 tons ships can travel easily.

* Song Doc Industrial Park - North:

- The East borders: Road D19A along the urban master plan of Song Doc.

- The West borders: Phu Ly canal.

- The South borders: Ong Doc River.

- The North borders: N7 road along the Song Doc urban master plan.

* Song Doc Industrial Park - South:

- The East borders: Dan Xay canal.

- The West borders: Road D19A according to the urban planning of Song Doc.

- The South borders: Dan Xay canal.

- The North borders: Ong Doc River.

4. Areas of investment attraction: Processing aquatic products, processing agricultural and forestry products, repairing ships, processing aquaculture feeds, household products and handicrafts from aquatic shells.

5. Invested items: Infrastructure has not been invested, the current land situation has not been cleared. Currently, the Economic Zone Management Board is submitting to the Prime Minister for approval the investment policy of Song Doc Industrial Park (145.45 ha).

6. Land rental price: Currently in the stage of technical infrastructure investment, the land has not yet been cleared, so there is no land rental price.

7. Land lease period: 49 years.
