Song Cau Industrial Cluster is invested by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company with a total investment of about 242 billion VND.

Song Cau Industrial Cluster has an area of 40.36 hectares.

According to the design, factories and enterprises will be built on an area of 27.9 hectares.

To improve the environment in the industrial cluster, the investor spends 1.5ha of land to build parks and plant trees; the remaining area is built water supply system, wastewater treatment, power station, roads and storage.

The Department of Industry and Trade has asked the Provincial People's Committee to approve the policy for Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company to carry out the procedures to expand Song Cau industrial cluster (phase 2) to the east by 30 hectares.

agro-forestry products processing, garment production, handicraft wood production for export, mechanical engineering industry, machinery repair, construction mechanics, construction material production...

Currently, there are 9 secondary investors with an estimated investment capital of over 400 billion VND. The total land area registered to lease by secondary investors is over 20 hectares, the occupancy rate of CCN is 73%.

The industrial cluster is also calling for other secondary investors... For the warehouse project, this is a project located in Song Cau industrial cluster with an area of 16,841 m² including the following items: raw material warehouse. , finished product warehouse and green landscape with a total investment of nearly 44.9 billion dong; This project is expected to be completed and put into operation in early 2022.

The infrastructure in this industrial cluster is considered modern, the internal road system is designed according to national standards.

Power source from the national electricity network through substations, medium voltage lines with longitudinal sheathed cables, connecting 3-phase electricity to each plant.

The water supply system to the water supply plants with a capacity of 700 m3/day meets the A standard.
