1. Regarding the location, location, construction boundary scope:

a. Location, location: Located in Vinh Ninh commune, Luong Ninh commune and Quan Hau town, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province.

b. Boundary scope: Northwest Quan Hau Industrial Park includes subdivision A, subdivision B and subdivision C, the boundaries are determined as follows:

 - Division A:

 + The East borders the planned road 22.5m;

 + The North borders the planned road 22.5m;

 + The South borders the planned road 32m;

 + The West borders the North - South railway.

 - Division B:

 + The Northeast borders on Ho Chi Minh road;

 + The Northwest borders on the road to Quang Ninh Garbage Land;

 + The Southwest borders on planted forests;

 + The Southeast is bordered by planted forests.

- Division C:

+ The East borders on the bypass of Dong Hoi city;

+ The West borders the planned road with a width of 22.5m;

+ The South borders the planned road 10.5m wide;

+ The North borders the planned road with a width of 27m.

2. Scale: The total area in the fence of the industrial park is 220.82 hectares, of which the land used for factory construction is 152.16 hectares.

3. Industrial park infrastructure construction investor: Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board.

4. Characteristics of the industrial park: It is a multi-industry industrial park with clean, advanced and environmentally friendly technology, including the following industries: textile, garment, leather shoes, construction material production, processing processing agricultural products, forestry products, electronics, manufacturing and assembling cars, motorcycles, mechanics, assembly, manufacturing, etc.

5. Operating time of the industrial park: 50 years from the date of issuance of the Decision on establishment.
