Ngoc Lac Industrial Park was approved by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee with a detailed construction plan of 1/500 scale in Decision No. 4086/QD-UBND dated October 27, 2017;
150 ha area. Currently, there is no infrastructure investor and there are 02 investors with an investment area of about 15.24ha

The industrial park focuses on multi-sectors, with priority given to industries, processing agricultural and forestry products, producing medicinal materials, processing wood, producing export products, repair services, and transportation services.
