The system of internal roads is reasonably designed to serve the transportation of vehicles to each land lot easily and conveniently. The road system in the central area is 27m wide. The main road system is 16.5 m wide. Branch road, collection road 13.5 m wide. Lighting system installed along the roads

- Power system:
The power supply for the Industrial Park is taken from the 35KV line to the total transformer station with a capacity of 30,000KVA, always ensuring a stable power supply for production for businesses.
- Water system:
Operate a water supply system with a capacity of 4,500m3/day to ensure the amount of water to meet the needs of production and daily life to each enterprise.
- Wastewater treatment:
A wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 3,600m3/day has been invested and operated.
Waste water is collected and treated up to standards before being discharged, ensuring control of wastewater and industrial waste.
- Communication system and information technology:
The modern post and telecommunications network and information technology are connected to ensure a full and quick response to each business.
Social infrastructure
- Security system:
Professionally trained security forces are responsible for managing, maintaining security and order, and ensuring the best living and working environment for the entire Industrial Park.
- Fire protection system:
The industrial park is installed with a fire prevention and fighting system in strict compliance with national regulations. Fire-fighting water supply hydrants are installed at internal roads in the Industrial Park.
- Green system:
Green space in the Industrial Park is planned along the internal traffic axes, creating a cool landscape and protecting the environment.
