• Operating time of the Industrial Park: Until October 9, 2062

• Total investment capital: 543.58 billion VND

• Industrial land for lease: 160.41ha

• Infrastructure:

+ Water supply: Clean water is supplied to the factory fence . Water supply system from Toc Tien Water Plant; capacity 50,000 m3/day and night.

+ Power supply: The power supply is supplied to the foot of the fence from the National grid managed and provided by Tan Thanh Electricity of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Power Company.

+ Gas supply: By Vung Tau Low Pressure Gas Distribution Enterprise.

+ Traffic: The main road No. 1 is 1,366.6 m long, the road bed width is 7.5 + 7.5 m and sidewalks on two sides; Internal roads No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 have the width of the roadbed from 7.5m- 11.25m;

+ Communication: The communication system is provided by network operators such as VNPT, FPT, Viettel, etc. to ensure smooth domestic and international communication; Including full services: phone, fax, Internet…

+ The rainwater and wastewater drainage system is planned and built separately, running along the internal roads to ensure the collection of all rainwater and wastewater from factories in the industrial park.

• Concentrated wastewater treatment plant: with a capacity of phase 1 of 1,000 m3/day and night. The quality of treated water meets column A QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT national technical regulation on industrial wastewater. Expected capacity of phase 2 is 2,000 m3/day and night will be built in 2021.

• Service works: Undergoing procedures to invest in the project of Housing for officials and employees of the Industrial Park with an area of ​​3.4ha in the master plan of the Industrial Park.

• Leased land area: 156.61 ha, reaching occupancy rate of 97.63% (as of March 2020)

• Land rental price: from 80 USD/m2/ entire land lease period (Until 09/10/2062)

• Fees for using other services (cleaning, trees, security, lighting outside the leased area): $0.45/m2/year.

• Waste water treatment fee: USD 0.4/m3

• Electricity price (According to the electricity price regulations of the State of Vietnam):

+ Peak hours (9:30-11:30; 17:00-20:00): 2,735 VND/kWh
