1.1. Information about Thua Thien Hue province

Thua Thien Hue is an important cradle of economic development of the Central key economic region, with strong advantages in developing trade and expanding economic exchanges with localities at home and abroad.

It is one of five provinces in the Key Economic Region of the Central region. Located on the main traffic axis, there is Chan May deep-water seaport and Thuan An port with a scale serving the entire Central region, Central Highlands and Mekong sub-region. Adjacent to Phu Bai airport, located right on National Highway 1A.

Adjacent to the Trans-Vietnam railway running along the provinces. Adjacent to the 86km border with Laos, and is the gateway to the East-West trade corridor connecting Myanmar, Thailand, Laos and the East Sea.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT

Saigon - Chan May Industrial Park and Non-Tariff Zone Project is located in Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, one of 18 coastal economic zones in the country established by the Prime Minister, with a series of ownership. Attractive investment incentives.

Investor: Saigon - Hue Investment Joint Stock Company (SGH)

Geographical location: Belongs to Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, Thua Thien Hue province

Total area: 322.3 hectares

- Commercial land area of the industrial park: 64.24 hectares

- Commercial land area of the non-tariff zone: 191.45 hectares

Total investment capital: 52 million USD

The land lease contract term is signed until January 11, 2078

Minimum rental area: 10,000m2

The maximum construction density in industrial construction land lots is 70% and is in accordance with Vietnam construction standards 01:2008/BXD.

Saigon-Chan May industrial park and non-tariff zone are located in an area with low labor costs: Wage region III.

National grid (110KV) to 110/22KV

2 x 40 MVA transformer station, 22 KV line Medium voltage lines are installed along the inside of the road at SCINTZ

Telecommunication system:

Telecommunications information systems of VNPT, EVN Telecom, Viettel,... providing services: Internet, landline telephone, fax... have widespread coverage, ready to meet the needs of investors connect and go into operation.

Investors proactively sign contracts directly with the supplier to use the service.

Water supply system:

Water supply capacity is 11,000 m3/day-night.

The water pipeline system is pre-installed along internal roads in the industrial park. The investor signs a water supply service contract with Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HueWaco) to supply water to the location at the foot of the enterprise's fence.

Power

Chan May gasoline and oil port warehouse with capacity of 22,000 m3.

This port warehouse is invested by Vietnam Oil Corporation (PV Oil) under the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group with a cost of more than 52.5 billion VND. This will be the place to receive petroleum from PV Oil's large depots for transfer to the North Central provinces, transshipping products of Dung Quat - Quang Ngai Oil Refinery.

5. TAX INCENTIVE POLICY

CORPORATE INCOME TAX:

Corporate income tax is 10% for 15 years from the first year of revenue. Free for the first 4 years and 50% discount for the next 9 years, starting from the first year the business has taxable income

IMPORT TAX:

Exemption from import tax on equipment, machinery, spare parts, cars, and supplies that create fixed assets of investment projects
