1. Features:

1.1. Location:

- Located along National Highway 1A, 75 km from Vinh airport, 80 km from Vinh city.

- 1 km from Hoang Mai station, 10 km from Nghi Son port, 7 km from Dong Hoi port and 75 km from Cua Lo deep water port.

1.2. Properties and functions:  Hoang Mai Industrial Park together with Nghi Son EZ become the industrial center of Nam Thanh - Bac Nghe in the direction of the Nam Thanh - Bac Nghe planning area approved by the Government in Decision No. 847/ TTg dated 10/10/1997; and Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo dated July 30, 2013 on the direction and tasks of Nghe An province development until 2020. Priority industries include: mechanical assembly industry; agricultural, forestry and mineral processing industry; mechanical manufacturing industry and electronic goods; building materials industry; precision mechanical industry; spare parts manufacturing industry serving the manufacturing and service industries.

1.4. Technical infrastructure of the IZ  :

-  Internal traffic system:  43m central road axis, 22.25m main road axis.
- Water supply system:   Raw water is taken from the surface water of Vuc Mau lake, 13km from the industrial park to the water treatment area of ​​the industrial park. Here, raw water is treated to meet clean water standards, leading to storage tanks and booster pumps to supply water to factories and enterprises. Clean water supply station with a capacity of 50,000 m3/day.

- Power supply system:  Power is taken from the line 110KV-AC 240 Thanh Hoa - Cau Giat - Nghia Dan. In the industrial park, build 02 110/22KV (35KV) transformer stations with a capacity of 4x62 KWW each to supply fences of factories and enterprises.

- Wastewater treatment system:  Domestic wastewater of factories, after being preliminarily treated to remove all hazardous chemicals in excess of class C standards (TCVN 5945-2005), is led to the Treatment Station. wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park, with a capacity of 25,000 m3/day, to treat wastewater up to grade B standards before discharging it into the Le canal.
- Communication system:  The industrial park is installed with an underground communication cable system that is supplied to the fence of the factory or enterprise, through the connection system between the communication center of the industrial park. and Hoang Mai Central Post Office, all communication needs are guaranteed and capable of providing all necessary services such as private switchboard, international telephone, teleconference, leased line, internet high speed, email, etc...

- Fire prevention and fighting system:  The industrial park is installed with a warning, fire prevention and fighting system in strict compliance with national regulations. Fire hydrants are installed at the internal traffic hubs and at all factories to ensure effective protection of the whole area from fire and explosion incidents.

Investment incentives and support:  In addition to the incentives enjoyed under the Investment Law; Law on Enterprises, Law on CIT, Law on Import-Export Tax..., investment projects in Hoang Mai industrial park also enjoy the incentives of Nghe An province issued under Decision No. 02/2010/QD-UBND dated 07/01/2010 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
