Hoa Hiep Industrial Park (phase 2) was approved by the People's Committee of Phu Yen Province. The master plan for development of concentrated industrial zones in the province until 2020 in Decision No. 2381 dated September 5, 2003 was included in the list of development planning. development of industrial zones in Vietnam by 2015 and orientation to 2020 in Decision No. 1107 dated August 21, 2006 of the Prime Minister.
