Geological advantages

5.1

Traffic connection

Hoa Cam IZ is located in the southwest of Danang city, in Cam Le district, next to 14B street. The IZ is situated 08 km from the city center, 15 km from Tien Sa port, 05 km from Danang International Airport, 07 km from Danang Railway Station, and 01 km from 1A National Highway. Especially, the Danang – Quang Ngai Expressway passes Hoa Cam IZ, and the cross section of the road is 60m.

Technical infrastructure

7.1

Power supply system

- Power supply: from Cau Do Substation (next to the eastern fence of the IZ)

- The medium-voltage power supply system and the substations have been constructed

- Lighting system: from the medium-voltage line in the IZ

7.2

Water supply and drainage system

- Water supply: from Cau Do Water Plant using the D300 pipeline along Hoa Tho Tay – Hoa Nhon Street. The internal pipeline system in the IZ is D100 – D200.

- Drainage system: in the IZ, the rainwater drainage system is made of concretes, and reinforced-steel concrete, and discharges into Cam Le River.

Wastewater, waste treatment system

Wastewater collection system: using HDPE pipe with the diameter of D160 – D400 to transport water to the waste water treatment plant. After the process to reach A level, the water is discharge into Cam Le River.

Telecommunication, internet

The system is well-equipped and meets the demand of the investors.

Fire prevention and fighting

There are 26 fire hydrants on the pavement along the internal roads in the IZ. The distance between the fire hydrants is 120m – 150m, and the fire hydrant’s diameter is D 200mm.
