1. Construction site : Ham Kiem commune, Ham Thuan Nam district, Binh Thuan province, right next to National Highway 1A axis, section Phan Thiet to Ho Chi Minh City; 12 km from Phan Thiet city, far from the city. 187 km from Ho Chi Minh City, 7 km from Binh Thuan Station, 11 km from Phan Thiet Station.



2. Scale : 402 ha.

- Industrial land area for lease: 261 ha.

- Land area for rent: 33 ha (12.5% ​​occupancy rate)

- Area of ​​industrial land with completed infrastructure and ready for lease: 228 ha.



3. Technical infrastructure system : Has been built synchronously, ensuring the standards of a   Green-Clean-Beautiful-Modern Industrial Park.

- Internal roads: 2 main axes have a width of 44 m, the other roads are 24 m and 32 m wide, covered with asphalt concrete, designed to bear H30 load according to Vietnamese standards.

Spinning – textiles; processing canned food and beverage ; production of consumer goods, household goods, packaging of all kinds, leather shoes (not tanning) ; mechanical assembly, production of mechanical components; household wood processing, handicrafts; producing ceramic and ceramic tiles for interior decoration; assembling electronics, household appliances, computer components, communication and sensors; processing cosmetics and preparations ; liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) extraction; warehousing services ( transshipment and warehousing services ); fertilizer production, for organic fertilizers ( not using raw materials ); Producing livestock, poultry, shrimp and fish feed ( not producing fishmeal from raw materials ); pharmaceutical production; manufactures building materials, concrete and products from concrete, cement and plaster.
