- Investors are entitled to a 50% reduction in design costs if they choose companies in the Hoang Quan system as design consultants.

8. Land rent and expenses:         

         - Land rental price: 40-50 USD/m ² (price excluding VAT, one-time payment, the corner position 2 frontage increased by 20%);

         - Fee for using infrastructure: 0.3 USD/m ² /year (price does not include VAT);

        - Waste water treatment fee: 0.3 USD / m ³ (price does not include VAT).
