Hai Yen Industrial Park is located in Hai Yen Ward, Mong Cai City. From the industrial park to the provinces, cities and major economic centers of the North of Vietnam and the South of China, it is conveniently connected with a modern and synchronous transportation system by road, rail, by sea and by air.
Hai Yen Industrial Park was built in 2005 with a total area of 182 hectares. It is the Industrial Park of Mong Cai border gate economic zone, Quang Ninh.

Climatic conditions:
Quang Ninh is located in the humid subtropical climate region typical for the northern provinces and has its own characteristics of a coastal mountainous province with a hot, humid summer with a lot of rain, a cold and dry winter, with little rain. Rain and hot and humid tropics are the most prevalent. Due to the influence of geographical location and topography, Quang Ninh is strongly influenced by the northeast monsoon and weak by the southwest monsoon compared to the northern provinces.
