Du Long Industrial Park was approved by the Prime Minister for construction in Document No. 256/TTg-CN dated March 14, 2005 and was established by the Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3848/ QD-UBND dated 30/6/2008.

1. Geographical location

Du Long Industrial Park is located in the delta of Ninh Thuan province, located at Km 1540+598 on National Highway 1, in the territory of 2 communes Loi Hai and Bac Phong, Thuan Bac district; 30 km from Cam Ranh Port, Khanh Hoa province; far from the city. Phan Rang - Thap Cham 20 km. The North borders the residential area of ​​Loi Hai commune, the South borders the Ba Thap residential area of ​​Tan Hai commune, the East borders National Highway 1, the West borders the North-South railway... for circulation and operation of the industrial park.

Du Long Industrial Park is an industrial park that focuses on prioritizing industries that have little impact on the environment. Mainly arrange electronic assembly plants, informatics, high-tech industries; assembling cars and motorbikes; mechanical industry manufacturing agricultural and industrial machines; construction material industry, agro-forestry-fishery processing industry; production of consumer goods.

5.1. Traffic advantage

Convenient road traffic because the industrial park is located adjacent to National Highway 1A. The industrial park also has a great advantage in water and air traffic when it is only 30 km from Cam Ranh port and airport.

The power source is taken from DK - 110 KV running in parallel with NH1. 110 KV electricity will be supplied by the power sector to the 110/22 KV transformer station in the fence of the industrial park.
