From the 110kV line passing through the Industrial Park to supply power to the 110/22KV-2x16MVA substation of the Industrial Park in the technical infrastructure area. The 22kV power grid for industrial plants is supplied from the substation via overhead lines on the sidewalks of traffic routes.

From the main water supply pipe on National Highway 18 leading water from Yen Lap Water Plant to the water supply station in the Industrial Park.

- Drainage system, wastewater and waste treatment system:
+ There are ditches surrounding the IZ to collect and drain rain water for the IZ and adjacent areas to drain into the area's common drainage system; round culverts are arranged along the sidewalks of roads to collect and direct all rain water in the industrial zone to the drainage ditches; On the sewer lines, there are manholes to collect water.
+ Waste water from factories is collected to pumping stations to be brought to the centralized wastewater treatment station of the whole industrial park. Wastewater treatment station phase 1 (in the technical infrastructure area north of the industrial zone) has a capacity of 1,100 m3/day, an area of about 01 ha; phase 2 (in the south of the industrial zone) with a capacity of 2,060 m3/day, with an area of about 2.7 ha.
