Infrastructure:

- Internal traffic:  The internal traffic network is designed to be complete, coherent and suitable for existing routes of the regional traffic network, internal roads with a width of 13 - 60m.

- Water supply:  The industrial park builds a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 8,000 m3/day, by 2025, the capacity will be increased to 16,000 m3/day, raw water is taken from Vuc Mau Lake - Khe Lai, through the system. water supply pipes to factories in industrial zones and surrounding residential areas.

- Power supply:  Using electricity from Nghe An Thermal Power Plant in Dong Hoi Industrial Park (phase 1: 1200 MW), when the Plant comes into operation, it will generate electricity to the national grid, and at the same time supply electricity. for factories and residents in industrial zones.

- Rainwater drainage system:  Rainwater is collected through a system of ditches placed under the sidewalks of traffic routes and then poured into the main route in the industrial park to the sea, Con creek and Le canal.

- Wastewater treatment system: Waste  water is treated locally in factories for cleaning according to TCVN 5945-2005 and then discharged into the wastewater collection system of the industrial park, wastewater is taken to the treatment station. concentrated wastewater of industrial zones, where wastewater continues to be treated up to standard B before being discharged into reservoirs.
