Decision 328/QD-UBND planning the construction subdivision of Dong Dinh Industrial Park in Quang Ngai 2016

Pursuant to Official Letter No. 2421/TTg-KTN dated December 31, 2015 of the Prime Minister on adjustment of development planning of industrial zones in Quang Ngai province to 2020;

1. Project name: Dong Dinh Industrial Park Subdivision Planning, Nghia Hanh District, Quang Ngai Province

2. Scope and boundaries of planning:

a) Scope and boundaries of the area studied for the formulation of the Dong Dinh Industrial Zone Subdivision Planning with an area of ​​about 150ha located

- East border: Provincial road DT624.

- West borders: Land for planting trees and crops in Hanh Thuan commune, Hanh Dung commune.

- South borders: Canal N10 belongs to Cho Chua town and agricultural land, Hanh Dung commune.

- North border: Residential area and agricultural production land in Hanh Thuan commune.

3. Properties: It is a mixed industrial park formed and developed from Dong Dinh industrial cluster, multi-industry, with types of clean industries with little environmental impact.

5. Objectives:

- Concretize the master plan for socio-economic development of Quang Ngai province to 2020, the master plan for development of industrial parks in Quang Ngai province to 2020.

- Serve as a legal basis for the implementation of detailed planning projects, formulation and management of construction investment projects.

- Create a driving force to attract investment, exploit the region's advantages for sustainable socio-economic development; is the initial basis for the preparation of investment in industrial projects, technical infrastructure of industrial parks.
