De Tham Industrial Park

On July 2, 2007, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 886/TTg-CN V/v: Establishment of De Tham Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Company as the investor of De Tham Industrial Park.

On July 20, 2007, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1256/QD-UBND approving the detailed planning of investment project to build technical infrastructure system of De Tham Industrial Park.

On September 28, 2007, Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1808/QD-UBND approving the investment project with a total investment of 214,398 billion VND on an area of 92.21 hectares of land of all kinds.

De Tham Industrial Park (IP) is in the stage of site clearance and infrastructure construction investment.

De Tham Industrial Park is identified as a key economic development zone of the province, which includes the following types of concentrated industries:

• Precision mechanical manufacturing industry; electronic industry, information technology; Consumer goods industry (textiles, footwear, ceramics, etc.)

• Other industries such as: manufacturing high-grade building materials, packaging, assembling and manufacturing auto and motorcycle parts...

• Agro-forestry product processing industry

Land scale, area: 92.2 hectares

Estimated total number of employees for De Tham Industrial Park: 3,700 employees

In 2015, the Prime Minister agreed to take De Tham Industrial Park out of the national industrial park development planning and convert a part of this industrial park area (20ha) into an industrial cluster.
