Electricial System

Production power network, 22 KV gets electricity from the national electricity network along the internal roads of the industrial park. Ensure stable power supply to businesses.

Water supply and drainage system

Clean water supply system in the industrial park with a capacity of 30,000 m3 /day and night. The water pipe system Ø300 ~ 450mm is installed along the fence of the Enterprises to ensure 24 hours/day and night supply.

Payment methods

  • Payment progress: divided into 6 installments
  •  Phase 1: Deposit 10% of the rental value of the land use right when signing the reservation deposit contract.
  •  Second deposit: Party B pays Party A 20% (including 10% VAT) of the rental value within 30 days from the date of the first deposit.
  •  Third deposit: Party B pays Party A 20% (including 10% VAT) of the rental value of the land use right within 30 days from the date of the 2nd deposit.
  •  4th deposit: Party B pays Party A 20% (including 10% VAT) of the rental value of the land use rights within 60 days from the date of the 3rd deposit. After receiving Party A's money will conduct a contract with the land surveying authority to make a land use right certificate in the name of party B. 
  •  5th deposit: Party B pays Party A 20% (including 10% VAT) The rental value of the right to use within 60 days from the date of the 4th deposit. After receiving the money, Party A will proceed to make the Land Use Right Certificate in the name of Party B. The two Parties sign an official Land Lease and Lease Contract.
  •  Payment of the rest: Party B pays 10% (including 10% VAT) of the rental value of the land use right as soon as Party B receives the Scan of the original land use right certificate in Party B's name. Party A hands over the book and issues an invoice to Party B when receiving the full amount.
