Technical infrastructure

7.1

Electricity distribution system

                                - Power source: Directly supplied to the design area is the 110/22kV - 2x63MVA Hoa Lien transformer station which has been approved for construction.

                                Substation: With a total electricity demand of 68,300 KW, about 66 substations are located along internal traffic routes. The transformer station is built in an open style, the transformer is hung on a Pylon pole with a rack system or is built in a closed style in the building depending on the nature of the project.

                                - 22KV line: From Hoa Lien 110/22kV - 2x63MVA transformer station, the newly built 22KV line goes along the planned road to supply power to the substation located in the design area. The 22KV line goes underground.

- 0.4KV line and lighting: in the planning area, it is completely underground.

+ The 110/22KV substation has been put into use, with a capacity of 40MVA

+ Connecting to the national grid: 110/22KV . line

7.2

Water supply and drainage system

                                - Construction of drainage system for the project area. The built sewer network system will collect water for the project basin and neighboring hilly basins to pour into. The total area of ​​the basin is about 341.55 Ha.

- Rainwater is collected by a system of ditches along both sides of the road and then discharged to the outlet. Wastewater is collected by self-flowing pipes and pressure pipes, brought to the treatment plant, treated to meet the standards prescribed by the State, then drained into the rainwater drainage system. The main drainage direction of the project area exits through the gate on Nguyen Tat Thanh street and then into the overall flood drainage canal of the area.

                                - The location of the route on the cross-section is studied and determined on the sidewalks of separate planned roads, the main sewer line is located in the middle of the planned road.

Contributing to completing the drainage system for the project, creating a landscape, meeting the development needs of the city.
