• Operation time of the Industrial Park: 50 (fifty) years from the date the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province issued the Decision on establishment.

  • The North-South central trunk road of the area consists of 06 lanes, the width of the road surface is 2x12m, the median strip is 06m, and the road width is 54m.
  • The branch roads have 02 lanes, the width of the road is 9m-12m, the width is from 29 to 32m.

• Water supply system:

  • Chau Duc clean water supply plant has a capacity of 75,000 m³/day in phase I (in operation) and is being upgraded to 150,000 m³/day (expected to be completed in April 2020).
  • The distribution water supply pipeline goes along the roads of the Industrial Park, supplying water to the Investor's Factory as required.

• Centralized wastewater treatment plant:

According to the approved planning and EIA, Chau Duc Industrial Park has 03 wastewater treatment stations with a total capacity of 45,000 m3/day and night.

• Centralized wastewater treatment station No. 1: Capacity 7,000 m3/day.night

• Centralized wastewater treatment station No. 2: Capacity 19,000 m3/day.night

• Centralized wastewater treatment station No. 3: Capacity 19,000 m3/day.night

• Quality of treated water: Column A QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.

The company has completed the construction of Phase 1 - Module 1 - Concentrated wastewater treatment station No. 2 with a capacity of 500 m3/day and night, which was issued by the People's Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province with discharge license No. 20/GP.UBND on August 11th. 2016.

Currently, the Company has completed the construction of Module 2 - Concentrated wastewater treatment station No. 2, with a capacity of 4,000 m3/day and night and is carrying out procedures for trial operation, application for discharge permits, and confirmation of completion of the work in accordance with regulations environment determination.

• Service facilities: Planned for 3 locations with a total area of ​​1.95 hectares, it is expected that the Company will deploy 01 central location in the area that has already been leased by investors during 2020.

2021 along with the deployment of Chau Duc Urban Area to provide convenient services for investors.

• Land area for sublease: 376.24ha, the occupancy rate is 34%.

• Land rental price: 1,292,500 VND/m²/until 2058, equivalent to 55 USD/m2/ to 2058 (VAT excluded and valid until March 31, 2020).

• Industrial park management fee: 11,750 VND/m²/year, equivalent to 0.5 USD/m²/year.

• Waste water treatment fee: 7,200VND/m3 (VAT not included)

• Electricity price: according to the electricity price regulations of the State of Vietnam for voltage levels from 22KV to 110KV.

• Price of water supply: according to regulations on water price announced by the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
