Description

After expanding the scale from an industrial cluster (CCN) to an industrial park (IZ), Tay Ninh province orients to develop Cha La Industrial Park into 2 phases. Phase 1 deploys an area of ​​​​nearly 60 hectares that was previously planned as a CCN. Phase 2 continues to deploy an area of ​​140 hectares to further expand into an industrial zone. According to the detailed planning, out of a total area of ​​nearly 60 hectares in phase 1 of Cha La Industrial Park, the industrial development land area accounts for about 32 hectares. The remaining land area is used for construction of transport infrastructure and systems serving activities in the industrial park.
