2. Information about Binh Minh Industrial Park:

2.1. Location:

- Location in the province: My Hoa commune, Binh Minh town, Vinh Long province.

- Location in the region/area: far from the city. Can Tho 05km, far from city. Vinh Long 30km, far from city. Ho Chi Minh City 160km.

- Adjacent to National Highway 1A, Hau River, Can Tho Bridge and the road leading to Can Tho Bridge.

- Distance to the airport: 15 km from Can Tho Airport.

- Distance from Vinh Long Customs: 30 km.

- Distance to the nearest harbour:

+ Binh Minh port within Binh Minh industrial zone: receive ships with a tonnage of up to 10,000 tons.

+ Vinh Long port: 30 km, receiving ships with a tonnage of up to 5,000 tons.

+ Can Tho port: 16 km, receiving ships with a tonnage of up to 20,000 tons.

- Distance from highway: about 80 km.

* Factory rental price:  2.2 – 2.3 USD/m ² /month.

2.5. Power supply:  supplied from the national grid system, directly supplied by Vinh Long Power Company.

2.6 Water supply:  provided by water supply factory in Binh Minh Industrial Park.

2.7 Wastewater treatment plant:  capacity of 5,000 m3/day, of which: phase 1 is in operation with a capacity of 2,200 m3/day.
