Technical infrastructure system
- Land conditions:
Ensure to provide enterprises with clean land that has been leveled synchronously with a convenient infrastructure system for enterprises to invest in and build factories.
- Transportation System
The system of internal roads is designed synchronously and modernly to serve the transportation of vehicles to each land lot easily and conveniently. The central road system is 32.5m wide; The branch road is 26.5m wide. Lighting system installed along the roads.
- Electricity
Power is supplied continuously and stably from a 110KV high voltage line passing through the fence of Bim Son Industrial Park. The medium voltage power network is invested in a modern and synchronous manner, running along the traffic routes to supply electricity to the fences of businesses. Enterprises self-invest and build low-voltage stations depending on the consumption capacity.
- Water
Water is supplied stably from the water supply plant with a capacity of 7,000 m3/day. The water supply system is connected to the bottom of the fence of each enterprise.
- Wastewater treatment
All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater are treated by the Enterprise to the minimum standard of water level C before being discharged into the common wastewater system of the industrial park. After that, the industrial park will continue to meet the standards prescribed by the Government of Vietnam.
- Process rubbish
Solid waste from factories in the IZ will be classified, collected and transported to the centralized treatment yard of Bim Son town.
- System of fire
Thanh Hoa has about 14 colleges and many vocational schools
-Communications
The telecommunications system meets international standards and is always ready to meet the communication needs with the fastest and most effective goals. Underground fiber optic cable system is directly connected to the foot of the fence of each enterprise.
- Other information
+ The office of Thanh Hoa Customs is located in the Industrial Park, the procedures are carried out quickly at the units in the Industrial Park.
+ Fire prevention and fighting: The industrial park is installed with a fire prevention and fighting system in strict compliance with national regulations. Fire-fighting water supply throats are installed at internal roads in the industrial park with a distance of 150m/1 throat to ensure the most effective effect in fire protection for the entire industrial park.
Environment and trees: The system of trees is about 30.5 ha, accounting for 11.8% of the whole IP area, a combination of concentrated green trees and trees along the roads to create the general landscape of the IP.
Investment cost and land sublease price:
- Price for sub-lease of land with infrastructure: 35-60 USD/1m2/50 years.
- Industrial park management and service fee: About 0.3 USD/1m2/year
Land rent:
- According to regulations of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.
- Exemption from land rent for 3-4 years of investment project implementation.
- Waste water treatment fee: According to the regulations of the wastewater treatment unit – Pay monthly and at the beginning of each month. The volume of wastewater is determined by 80% of the input water or calculated according to the wastewater meter.
- Electricity price: According to the unit price of the electricity industry.
- Price of clean water: According to regulations of clean water supplier. Pay monthly and at the beginning of each month.
