Bim Son A Industrial Park - Thanh Hoa is located in the North of Thanh Hoa province, next to National Highway 1A; 32 km from Thanh Hoa city center, 120 km south of Hanoi capital; 35 km from Le Mon Port, there is a North-South railway running through.

INFRASTRUCTURE

-  Roads: 

 •  The system of internal roads is designed synchronously and modernly to serve the transportation of vehicles to each land lot easily and conveniently.

 •  The central road system is 32.5m wide; The branch road is 26.5m wide. 

 •  Lighting system is installed along the roads.

-  Electricity: 

 •  Power is supplied continuously and stably from the 110KV high voltage line passing through the fence of Bim Son Industrial Park.

 •  The medium voltage power network is modernly and synchronously invested, running along the traffic routes to supply electricity to the fences of enterprises. 

 •  Enterprises self-invest and build low-voltage stations depending on the consumption capacity.

-  Water supply: 

 •  Water is supplied stably from a water supply plant with a capacity of 7,000 m3/day. 

 •  The water supply system is connected to the foot of the fence of each Enterprise.

-  Contact information: 

The telecommunications system meets international standards and is always ready to meet the communication needs with the fastest and most effective goals. Underground fiber optic cable system is directly connected to the foot of the fence of each enterprise.

-  Waste treatment: 

Solid waste from factories in the IZ will be classified, collected and transported to the centralized treatment yard of Bim Son town.

-  Waste water treatment: 

 •  Drainage system for rain water and wastewater (industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater) is built separately. Rainwater is collected through a system of ditches and culverts and discharged to outlet outlets in the area. Wastewater is collected to the wastewater treatment plant of the industrial park.

 •  All industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater are preliminarily treated by the Enterprise to the prescribed standards before being discharged into the common wastewater system of the Industrial Park. After that, the industrial park will continue to process up to standards according to current regulations.
