Becamex VSIP Binh Thuan Industrial Park - Service - Urban Project of Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (Becamex IDC Corporation) and Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park Limited Company (VSIP).

Phase 1 (from 2020 - 2023) the investor will build Son My 2 industrial park, service - urban - resettlement area;

1. Son My 2 Industrial Park Project with an area of 540 ha;

2. Service - Urban, Resettlement Zone 1 project with an area of 97.62 ha;

3. and the project of Service - Urban Area, Resettlement 2 with an area of 77.45 ha.

Phase 2 (from 2021 - 2030) to build Industrial Park, Service Zone - Urban 1 and Service - Urban 2, Service Zone - Coastal Urban on an area of 4,269ha.
