The operation term is 50 years from the date of issuance of the decision approving the investment policy, the project implementation schedule from the fourth quarter of 2020 to the year 2028. This project has been approved by the Prime Minister to be added to the master plan of other areas. industrial park in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province until 2020.

According to the Ba Ria - Vung Tau Industrial Park Management Board, the province has 15 industrial parks with a total area of ​​more than 8,800 hectares. Most industrial zones are near major rivers, serving the transportation of goods by waterway.
