In the planning of industrial parks with orientation to 2030, with a vision to 2050, Chau Duc district (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) proposes to implement, Cu Be urban area - Hi-tech industry, with a scale 3,000 ha, is the project with the largest scale. The project implementation period is in the period of 2021 - 2025, with a vision to 2030.

The total area of ​​the proposed study area is about 3,800 ha.

AMATA believes that this project will welcome the investment wave in Vietnam, meeting the local socio-economic development needs. The project will also make a significant contribution to attracting investment capital, especially foreign investment capital, and helping the economic restructuring of Cu Be commune, Chau Duc district in the direction of shifting from agriculture to industry. , service.

Currently, Chau Duc has 2 large-scale industrial parks, namely Sonadezi Chau Duc industrial zone (2,287 ha, the largest in Ba Ria - Vung Tau currently) and Da Bac industrial park (1,058 ha).
