Trang E 1 infrastructure has been basically completed;

In the third quarter of 2021, Trang E 1 will complete the installation of wastewater treatment station equipment and operate the exploitation.

Trang E 2: area 46.4ha

The site clearance has not been completed.

4. Land rental price:

In Trang É 1, State leased in the form of one-time payment for the entire rental period.

Recently, when the Provincial People's Committee assigned the remaining land of Trang É 1 Industrial Cluster and the entire Trang É 2 Industrial Cluster, the State changed the form from one-time payment to annual payment for the lease period until 2066.

For the policy of land lease, the Provincial People's Committee is proposed to adjust the rental form, from paying the annual rent back to the one-time payment form like the previous Trang É 1
