On March 17, 2021, the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province issued Decision No. 122/QD-UBND on the establishment of Phuoc Tien industrial cluster, Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province.

1. Name, area, location, main business lines :

- Name of industrial cluster: Phuoc Tien industrial cluster.

- Area scale: 40 ha.

- Location: Phuoc Tien commune, Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province.

- Main business : Focusing on clean industries with little impact on the environment, mainly arranging factories: Manufacturing and assembling mechanical, electronic, informatics; factories with high technology; construction plastic production; pulp and industrial wood production; food processing and agricultural and forestry products; building materials; garment, leather shoes for export; industry, handicrafts, traditional trades and other occupations.

3.  Scale of investment in construction of technical infrastructure, total investment capital, structure of investment capital : Scale of investment in construction of technical infrastructure in Phuoc Tien industrial cluster is expected to synchronously invest in infrastructure system technical floors, including the following items: Leveling; transportation system; electricity and water supply systems; lighting system, trees; wastewater treatment and drainage system... ; Total investment in infrastructure construction: 80 billion VND; Structure of investment capital: Using own capital (charter capital) of Truong Hy Global Co., Ltd. as an investor, preparing documents for support from the State budget (central and local) and other sources of borrowed and mobilized capital in accordance with regulations on funding sources to support investment and development of infrastructure of Phuoc Tien industrial cluster.

4.  Implementation progress of technical infrastructure construction investment project : The project of investment in construction and business of technical infrastructure of Phuoc Tien industrial cluster is organized and implemented from the beginning of 2021 to the end of 2022. with specific jobs:

- Carry out compensation, site clearance and land allocation in early April 2021 to July 2021;

- Prepare and approve detailed planning of 1/500 scale of Phuoc Tien industrial cluster from the beginning of April 2020 to July 2021;

- Formulate and approve investment projects on construction of technical infrastructure of industrial clusters in the third quarter of 2021;

- Organize the construction of technical infrastructure works for industrial clusters from the beginning of September 2021 to the third quarter of 2022;

- Organize the management, operation and exploitation of technical infrastructure works after completion.

5. Investment incentives, support and conditions for application: Investment project to build and trade in technical infrastructure of Phuoc Tien industrial cluster is the field of construction and infrastructure development of industrial clusters in the industry, occupations eligible for investment incentives under Clause 1, Section III, Part B, Appendix I, List of industries and trades eligible for investment incentives; concurrently invest in Phuoc Tien commune, Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in an area with extremely difficult socio-economic conditions (specified in Appendix II to the list of geographical areas eligible for investment incentives issued together with Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP dated 12/11/2015 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Investment).

Phuoc Tien industrial cluster is under the direct management of the Department of Industry and Trade of Ninh Thuan province. The Department of Industry and Trade of Ninh Thuan province is responsible for directing the investor to organize the implementation of investment contents; attract enterprises to invest and manage investment activities in Phuoc Tien industrial cluster in accordance with current law provisions./.
