- Unit rent of land for which infrastructure has been developed and fees for using infrastructure: Applied according to Decision No. 2159/2008/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2008 of the People's Committee of Phu Yen province on promulgating Regulations some incentives and investment support applied in industrial parks in Phu Yen province. Specifically:
+ The rent for land with infrastructure development is 0.2 USD/m2/year and 50% reduction of the rent for land with infrastructure developed for 6 years.
+ Fee for using infrastructure is 0.1 USD/m2/year and 50% reduction in infrastructure usage fee for 6 years.

Investment incentive policy
This industrial park is located in an area with difficult socio-economic conditions and is entitled to incentives under List C of the Government. That is not to mention the investment incentive policies of the province such as land rent exemption for 12 to 15 years, free use of infrastructure for 5 years, corporate income tax exemption for the first 4 years, and a 50% reduction in income tax for the first 4 years. For the next 7 to 9 years, support for labor training costs, funds for implementing standards on product quality and production and business, expenses for making environmental impact assessment reports, etc.
