Transportation System
The planning area is located at the intersection between the Ho Chi Minh trail and National Highway 47, are the two main external traffic routes of the area. Internal asphalt roads have small widths, incomplete road structure, mainly mainly serving the traffic needs within the land area and connecting to the external traffic routes, with all kinds of small-load vehicles. In addition, there is a network of dirt roads, densely graded concrete roads, changing lanes, simple structures, serving the travel and production needs of fishermen.
Electricity
The power supply source for the urban area is the 110/35/6KV Tho Xuan transformer station, 0.5km northwest of the planning area.
Water
Domestic water sources are taken from open wells, bore wells and Nong Giang canal water. Depth of open well is from 13.0m to 15.0m, drilled well from 20.0m to 30.0m. Quality of water usable for domestic use. In addition, Lam Son Sugar Factory has 2 underground water pumping stations with a total capacity of 1,000m3/day to supply daily-life water to the factory's staff. Water is pre-treated before use.
