- Unit rent of land for which infrastructure has been developed and fees for using infrastructure: Applied according to Decision No. 2159/2008/QD-UBND dated December 24, 2008 of the People's Committee of Phu Yen province on promulgating Regulations some incentives and investment support applied in industrial parks in Phu Yen province. Specifically:
+ The rent for land with infrastructure developed is 0.2 USD/m2/year and 50% reduction of the rent for land with infrastructure developed for 6 years.
+ Fee for using infrastructure is 0.1 USD/m2/year and 50% reduction in infrastructure usage fee for 6 years.
